Even though we'll do all we can to give you a fantastic holiday, things do sometimes go wrong. If you wish to make a complaint about a holiday you have already been on please write in to the Guest Relations team at the above address or email them with the following information:

The letter or email must be from the lead booker within seven days of the end of your holiday. Please note that we ask for up to 14 days for a response to be issued once we have sent an acknowledgment.
