  • Book early for our best offers and save up to 25% on all 2018 holidays.
  • Free Amendments: You can make any changes to your 2018 booking free of charge until Sunday 24 December 2017. If there is an increase in break price, this will be added to your booking. Any changes are subject to availability and free amendments does not apply if you are cancelling your booking. If you wish to cancel your holiday, normal cancellation terms will apply.
  • Price Promise: If prior to your holiday start date you see your exact holiday at a lower price, contact us on 0330 100 6633 (same as a local rate call) and one of our advisors will apply any adjustment to your booking, you must notifiy us within 24 hours of seeing the new price. The refund is subject to the holiday being for the same park, arrival date, duration, accommodation type and there still being availability to book. The price guarantee only covers the original holiday booked directly with Haven either on park, via Haven.com or our Contact Centre and excludes any amendments. Offers through third-party promotions and breaks not booked directly with Haven are excluded.
  • All offers are subject to availability, apply to new 2018 bookings only and cannot be used with any other voucher, discount or offer (unless otherwise stated). These offers may be reduced or withdrawn without notice. Bookings via 3rd parties do not qualify.

  • Book early for our best offers and grab a half price Monday-Friday break in June or July. This offer is applicable to selected 4 night midweek breaks in June and July. A minimum of 50% of the holiday balance must be paid at the time of booking to qualify for the half price offer. Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.
  • ARRIVALS: Mon 4 June to Mon 16 July inclusive excluding Scotland and Northumberland where the last arrival date is Monday 25 June. GRADES: Deluxe and above excludes Beach Houses, Deck Houses and Seaview Prestige with Deck.
  • Accommodation Guarantee: If, for whatever reason, on the day of arrival of your holiday you are not satisfied with the standard of your Holiday Home accommodation in terms of cleanliness, condition or maintenance and we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, then you have the option to inform us and to leave the park that day. In this case you will be given a full refund of the price of your holiday without quibble.
